AmeriMed Diagnostic Services provides evaluations and documentation for Social Security, Civil Service Retirement System and Federal Employee Retirement System disability

AmeriMed can help you with disability evaluations for Social Security Disability, Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) disability, or Federal Employee Retirement System (FERS) disability. We provide state of the art diagnostic equipment and procedures that allow us to determine your true physical condition and which reveal the injuries and impairment that are causing your disabling conditions. Our disability evaluation-qualified physicians can help you document the injuries or illness causing your medical disability so that you can proceed with applying for, and getting accepted for, disability under the relevant employment system.

AmeriMed can assist you with the documentation and other paperwork required to properly apply for disability. We can provide the diagnostic testing required to document your injuries and the extent and nature of their severity. Using such diagnostic testing methods as x-rays, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computerized axial tomography (CAT) scans, arthroscopy, bone scans, electroencephalograms (EEG), electromyograms (EMG), and nerve conduction velocity studies (NCV), AmeriMed can determine and prove the facts of your disability so that you can be accepted for disability status under your employer’s disability system, or retirement program.

AmeriMed will also work with you to provide any Independent Medical Examinations (IME’s) that you may need for your disability claim. We can provide you with Impairment Ratings and all relevant documentation. All of our evaluations, examinations, and impairment ratings are made in accordance with the American Medical Association Guide to Physical Impairment, 6th Edition.

Let us help you file your disability case documentation, document the medical facts of your injuries and condition, and help you successful win your disability case claim.
